This subcommittee was created by the Legislative Council on May 21, 2021, in accordance with Act 632 of the 2021 Regular Session. To this subcommittee shall be referred the following matters: Proposed rules regarding implementation, administration, or enforcement of Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 98; Proposed contracts regarding implementation, administration, or enforcement of Arkansas Constitutions, Amendment 98; and other matters related to medical marijuana as assigned to the subcommittee by the Legislative Council.
